Had a 8 day packaged family trip covering darjeeling, pelling , namchi, nathula , gangtok . Total trip was well planned and managed . Hotels was pre booked and food service was really good as planned . Sight seeing covering almost all the tourist places as planned . Overall it was enjoyable trip , no issues faced anywhere . Really well managed trip

Our trip was for 7 days which was well curated by Ms. Suparna. Drivers all over the trip were very cooperative and helpful. Hotel booked were also amazing. Overall our trip experience was very good and we highly recommend SCS for your north east vacation.

Had a 7 day packaged family trip planned by SCS covering Gorumara forest, Kalimpong, Gangtok and Pelling. We customized the trip with dedicated vehicle and pre-agreed hotels. Hotel bookings, Permit arrangement to Nathula pass and local sight seeing were managed by them seamlessly. The drivers were well behaved, friendly and provided guidance during local sight seeing. It was the Christmas time and evening in Gangtok was so much lively viz-a-viz the serene beauty of Pelling in the backdrop of breathtaking Kangchenjunga. A thoroughly enjoyable trip that surpassed our expectation.

Me and my husband had hired a desire car from Siliguri car agency for our dooars trip...our overall experience is very nice... Muskan from this agency had helped us a lot...she is very polite and always available on phone...she had resolved all our problems regarding the car...the car we hired was very comfortable and the driver Mr Harekrishna was an excellent driver and a good person

Myself and my wife took a swift car from Muskan of Siliguri car service for 6 day tour of Sikkim.The roads were not that good but our driver Grishma Thapa drove the car cautiously so we didn't not feel uncomfortable.Anyway overall it was a pleasent trip.I am keeping her phone number for future requirements.

We took a trip to Kaluk, pelling and temi and booked a Xylo for 5 persons through Siliguri Car Service. The car was clean and in good condition. The driver, Mani bhai was a skillful and confident. He spoke very little but did his duty well.

Muskan took care of our booking so well. We selected hotels to stay with her guidance and even when we faced few issues in our second trip with them, she was always available to help us get through the situation. Just a con list from my side but nothing major. We personally like a bit fun loving driver in our trips. The Bhutanese driver (though old), he was amazing fun and took good care of us. Mani bhaiya is good but doesn't hear us. We found him a bit to himself. He might not talk a lot and not that fun person. In future, I request you to assign some fun driver in our trips. But, taking nothing away from the driver, an amazing skillful driver who drove brilliantly when the weather was rainy and lots of landslides put him to test when we had to reach from pelling to bagdogra in 7 hours. It was an amazing drive.

Thank you for the car rental service. We really enjoyed the ride along with two jovial drivers, both Diwan and Progesh. Both of them took is to some of the best places and also some breathtaking views of the Queen of Hills. They were on time for the pickups and took care of everything. I booked cab from them after getting reference from one of my friend. They provided Xylo for my 5 days trip to Sikkim. The price is very much reasonable. I contacted Muskan madam from beginning and she is very much co-operative and helpful. Our driver Manikumar was also very much humble and proactive. My overall experience is very good with Siliguri Car Services.

Comment: Big thanks to SCS for providing us great service. The drivers were very good specially Diwan and Shantanu Da. They very friendly , knows the routes and skillful drivers. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We faced very bad road in Lolegaon but Diwan da never said that he'll go back. He not only showed us the scenic beauty of lolegaon he also took a short cut via Charkole and 27th mile which helped us to reach njp in time and also got to see some breath taking views of teesta dam and hills . Overall great experience. I would highly recommend them for others. Lastly a big thanks to Muskan for cordinating everything. Another big thanks to Joyonto da who is such a humble person who immediately arranged another cab when our cab in njp had some issues with parking. Thanks to the entire Siliguri Car Service Team.

It was a nice experience. As per my demand Siliguri Car Service had provided me with a nice gentle driver, because I consider the quality of driver is more important than the quality of a car . Ritwik Thapa, who drove us the entire tour is not only a gentle, soft spoken person, also a person with ever smiling face. He knows how to keep distance to let the tourists comfortable and side by side always keep in touch to keep himself update with our changing journey plan.

Siliguri Car Service have a very good coustomer service which is rare now -a-days. Also they have a very good expertise drivers, (Kartick) we always receive the information about sight seen places from the driver. Madam Muskan was very helpful and very much professional.
