Muskan took care of our booking so well. We selected hotels to stay with her guidance and even when we faced few issues in our second trip with them, she was always available to help us get through the situation. Just a con list from my side but nothing major. We personally like a bit fun loving driver in our trips. The Bhutanese driver (though old), he was amazing fun and took good care of us. Mani bhaiya is good but doesn't hear us. We found him a bit to himself. He might not talk a lot and not that fun person. In future, I request you to assign some fun driver in our trips. But, taking nothing away from the driver, an amazing skillful driver who drove brilliantly when the weather was rainy and lots of landslides put him to test when we had to reach from pelling to bagdogra in 7 hours. Also they have a very good expertise drivers, (Kartick) we always receive the information about sight seen places from the driver. Madam Muskan was very helpful and very much professional.
